For our Hodge Floors family, excellence in customer service begins the moment you walk through our showroom doors, and doesn’t end until we professionally install your chosen flooring, or hand-deliver your new rug or sofa.

Our hope is that each and every customer gets a sense of the pride we take in our products and our business, but every now and then we’ll receive feedback that stops us in our tracks.

This customer had been in to purchase new carpet for her home. Following her installation, we received the following comments:
