For more than 60 years, Hodge Floors has proudly served the Spartanburg community with high quality flooring and expert installation. That longevity does not happen by accident. Right now, we are experiencing something exciting at Hodge Floors. Our warehouse is quite literally busting at the seams!
Over the past several months, our commercial flooring projects have continued to grow. Month after month, new materials arrive for upcoming installations across Spartanburg County and the surrounding areas. Pallets of flooring are stacked high and we find ourselves constantly shifting inventory just to make room for the next delivery.
It is a good problem to have.

A Culture You Can Feel
The activity inside our warehouse reflects something much bigger happening around us. Spartanburg County is growing, investing, and building for the future. Schools, businesses, and community spaces are expanding to serve a new generation, and we are proud to play a role in those projects.
One project we are especially excited about is the new Jesse Boyd Elementary School. This investment in education will serve families in our community for years to come, and we are honored to provide the flooring that will support students, teachers, and staff every day.
As our commercial work continues to grow, we have also expanded our installation crews to keep up with demand. Summer is traditionally one of the busiest seasons for school projects, and we are preparing early, seeing some of that same volume planned here in the Spring.
While many families are planning vacations for Spring Break, our crews are gearing up for some of the most productive weeks of the year. When classrooms are empty, it creates a window for large scale flooring work that simply cannot happen when school is in session.
If you happen to stay in town over Spring Break, you might see the Hodge Floors team hard at work across several local campuses. In Spartanburg District 6, we will be completing projects at Westview Elementary and Gable Middle School. In District 5, we are renovating the band room at Byrnes High School.
Spring Break is really just a preview of what is to come. Every summer, our crews ramp up to complete flooring projects across all seven Spartanburg County school districts, working hard behind the scenes to make sure classrooms, hallways, and common spaces are ready when students return.
Of course, school projects are only part of the work happening at Hodge Floors. Our commercial crews are constantly working across Spartanburg at healthcare facilities, offices, retail spaces, and other notable projects throughout the community. The pace never really slows down, and we are proud to support the organizations that serve Spartanburg every day.
At Hodge Floors, we are grateful to be part of a community that continues to grow and invest in its future. The full warehouse, the busy crews, and the steady flow of materials are reminders that Spartanburg is moving forward and we are proud to help build the spaces that support that progress.
